How tf do yall sleep

like seriously. I cant sleep before like 2am and its probably fucking up my growth bad as for 2 months ive slept basically at 2am everyday(atleast for 8 hours tho) like i tried sleeping at 12 yesterday but i ended up just lying there with my eyes closed till 2-3am

Melatonin.
Maybe something stronger if you have bad insomnia.

1mg melatonin at 22 for a week or two and then try going without it. Also if you want to go all natural force yourself to wake up really early every day for a week or two and then you become sleepier earlier. Also get sunlight in the morning and exercise during the day (if your body doesn't need rest because you sit around all day it won't ask for it as much). Now mark this as solution and rep because i need rep

not sure if i have insomnia tho but usually i play games or on call with people till 2 but now if im not doing anything i still cant sleep early. will try melatonin tho or maybe visit the doctor if parents actually took me

Just try and wind down earlier, stay in the dark, and don't try to sleep if you aren't tired. Get up and move around until you are, but do so without exposing yourself to light.

thanks, maybe not getting sunlight everyday may be fucking me up
 
im really sleep deprived too but maybe try to have a healthy sleeping schedule like going to bed at specific time between 10-11:30 pm

Melatonin does not make you sleepy it fucks up your sleep at the start tho it’s for

Eat something(i eat a fruit and usually my RAW liver), shower, bed, listen to horror stories
