I’m 18, been applying to warehouse, labourer, and some retail jobs and a lot of them require years of experience. I got myself a forklift license bc I thought it would help. I got a call back for a forklift job and they asked if I had experience. I told them I got my license 2 weeks ago so they rejected me bc they said they needed someone with at least one year of experience. Why the fuck do these jobs require someone with years of experience? Wasn’t even paying much more than minimum wage too.

Shit like this is why revolutions happen

Women can do OF when they get rejected by HR

What are men gonna do

you need to lie, make connections with people that will find you a job , work for yourself, work at macdonald

Ask chatgpt for every place/society with the work your looking for in your country so its general it includes every place that look for ppl and doesnt and, send your CV and create a motivation letter and send to every single society by email you need to look for it on google map or website whatever, and then it may work and on your motivation letter you need to mention your always ready for a meeting. Stop going directly to their place maybe that's the problem

U lie and use connections. Just say u had a job and get one of ur dads friends to give u a reference. I worked in South Africa for 3 years before I rotted for 2 and my ex boss was willing to lie and make it out I worked longer then I did (to fill my neet gap) because we had a good relationship.

Just lie to get in and then see the most important part of work as making/building connections for the future when u have your foot in the door.
