How tf do you fall asleep when sleeping properly

Its like 6 am rn, couldnt sleep the whole night bc I tried not to sleep on my stomach. Didnt work
I can only sleep when on my stomach with my head turned to the side. I have headaches like a motherfucker in the morning and feel like shit the first hour, but that sleeping posture is the only one I can fall asleep with
