How tf do you put in eye contact lenses in when your eyes are constantly blinking and pushing against it when you try to apply them

I have shitty eyesight and for all of my life in order to actually be appealing irl I have had to remove my glasses but ofc when i do im borderline blind and everything is blurry so its not rly viable for much longer esp when im walking around a lot and going out, but whenever I do try contact lenses my eyes almost fight back and blink heavily to the point where it feels nearly impossible to put in contact lenses, is there anyway or a tool to help alleviate this?

force them open with your figers it helps if you start when eyes are closed and you also have to force your eyes open themselves with the eye muscles. Then when it goes in it helps if you blink a but so they stay in and then look up down side to side and blink again

I do try force them open with my fingers and i did manage to get one in but I will have to try again by starting closed thank you

keep ur eye open and look to your nose and place the lens on ur sclera it will stick easier, then once its stuck look around and then blink until its in place
