Holy shit I lost a lil bit of fat and people already noticed

Told me my cheeks are more pronounced as well my jaw, I can only imagine what I’d look like at 12-13%

How can I drop faster?

Eat 1000 - 1500 calories while eating mainly protein and you will drop fat unhealthily fast

Eh I wouldn't recommend losing fat that fast.

It will eat at your muscles as well.

If you are just losing weight for the face and don't care about body then sure. But even the face has muscles so you might lose there as well.

Not only that but your metabolism will slow down and you will pick up fat quickly.

Depends how much you lose a week. If you are 200+ pounds then 3 pounds a week is the aboslute maximum and even that is pushing it.

Also you could get loose skin depending on how much fat you carry, how old you are, how long you've had it, and how quickly you lose weight.

Wym unhealthily 1500 cal sounds good plus protein? Why would it be unhealthy

your body will use your muscle mass as fuel if you lose weight too quick don’t rush it

Why would it eat my muscles if I keep on lifting and having healthy habits

Doesnt it also remove masseter muscles and facial muscles so that the face won't look as good when lean.

Or is that from starvation.

I was thinking on adding cardio, Is it bad?

Because lifting only acts as a stimulus and you would be eating in such a deficit that losing muscles is bound to happen.

So I don’t do shit? I just keep doing what I am doing?

What about adding cardio?

Just do a calorie deficit which is healthy. You need to be losing 1 percent of your bodyweight.

Protein should be around 0.8 g per pound of body weight. But you don't wanna be in such a deficit and only rely on say protein as it will act as fuel and won't nourish the muscles.

Just a healthy balanced diet that is below calorie maintenance but not far below is good. Followed by strength training and cardio. Cardio to promote fat loss and strength training to retain muscle mass.

Also I'm certain you want fat loss not weight loss.
