Bloat is not cope

Went home for uni break after reaching the lowest bf% of my life (~15%) and being completely debloated with low carb diet. Parents commented on how much fat I've lost but I started binge eating like a fatass once I got home and they just told me that I look unwell and very different compared to when I first returned from break

Bloat is not cope and is noticeable by others went from no cheeks to chipmunk cheeks within 3 days. Solid 1 psl decrease. Health is law
