And resistance bands push pull legs split


And I fcking gain lean muscle mass



Why mf lied to me that it wont work here????
 
Resistance bands are a great start and help a lot with mobility too. After using those for a while you should eventually start using dumbbells too tho

My resistance band goes up to 40kg but I even stack it with another 20kg

Progressive overload is possible
