I'M GOING TO BE DISCUSSING HOW THE DIRTY ELITES ARE THE CAUSE OF ALL OUR SUFFERING

here are the origin of most of the goyslop we always eat nowadays :

-Pasta: Invented by the ancient chinese people using "Millet" (Grass that was orginally eaten by heribivores, same as all other grains) and forced upon the slave farmers, then later transforming into modern wheat pasta and reaching italy gaining popularity and replacing the other grainsludge the slaves ate ( ALL the rich people ate mostly meat)
-Bread (originally meant MEAT but not THEY changed the meaning over time ) Was made for the peasents to eat
(I could also talk about veggetables but who even eats that disguisting shit
)
Other seeds like Rice,beans,peas etc.. were invented to fill up the slaves in ancient civilization, Ofcourse these crops in nature would be sparse, much different than it is today and need processing (removing of the outer shell, sun drying,boiling)
Theyre just empty carbs, 0 real nutrition sprayed heavily with pesticdes which get into the air, soil and food but the doctors and general media tell us that they are good for us (the elites are controlling this all)
Impact on us: Poorly developed bones, Shorter height, Depression and other mental issues (ofcourse other factors play a role too wich are also caused by the elites)

But why do they want us weak? Dont they want us productive so that we work for them?
NO they want us barely living so that we can work for them while not doing good, because if we have the right diet everyone will figure out whats happening (most jobs will soon be replaced by AI anyways)
-So what can you do? Hop on a diet with only muscle meat, organs, RAW dairy and some fruit, get alot of sunlight , the less cooked the food the more nutrients it will contain, cook the meat less and work your way to completely raw
