But i feel like its gotten better. I literally couldnt bring myself to ask my teacher to go to the rest room for a piss.. thats how shy i was. Its gotten a bit better now but still theres quite a long way to go

Low IQ and blunted ability to think of the future. All anxiety comes from thinking of the future. Higher IQ people tend to have more anxiety because they can think of the future. When you want to talk to a Stacylite you see at the gym, you start thinking "what if she rejects me" or "I might embarrass myself in front of everyone". Those are possible future events and not happening in the present.

If you had no ability to think about the future, you would just approach her. You would never think of rejection or embarrassment since it's not happening in the present moment. And if you did get rejected, you would quickly forget it since it's in the past.
