How the fuck can I fall asleep faster?

I literally have to spend 2 fucking hours with my eyes closed to fall asleep. Help me boyos, need to sleepmaxx. Would reading a book before sleeping help?

legit method
 
When I don't feel tired I usually just pull an allnighter and do something productive. Following night I have the best sleep ever and it remains pretty consistent till I do something that fucks up my sleep cycle.
