One of my eyes is more droopy than the other and the orbicularis oculi of that eye is not as strong as the other eye's . AND Oxymetazoline Hydrochloride Ophthalmic solution (upneeq) isn't available in my country , but the same compound's nasal solution is widely available its called Oxymetazoline hydrochloride nasal solution (has the same w/v composition and everything) but is it safe to use the nasal solution in the eyes?
