How the fuck can I make ChatGTP stop giving non-answers with a neutral stance

This is so so annoying I don’t understand. Every single answer for every single prompt is always some shit like “this is a complex and nuanced issue and often varies. Blah blah blah. In sum, it depends”

Why can’t it give me any decisive answers? What do I have to do? It answers like a midwit retard who tries to sound smart but doesn’t know anything.

it's curated by midwits so it will never say anything of substance unless you guide it with the correct prompts. but you would have to already know the answer to do that.
