I'm not even kidding I've been trying all sorts of things from powders to shitty protein snacks and every single time I've managed to come no where near close to my desired intake

And not to mention how expensive this shit is to maintain, protein snacks and powders are so expensive and they taste like a fucking brick wall

Forget that, I'll eat a bunch of chicken and eggs daily too and it's still only like a good 50grams for 600x what the average person should eat

It's super easy. Liquid egg whites have a ton of protein in them. You can buy these little cartons of it and chug it down in like 20 seconds and it'll have around 50g of protein in it.

It doesn't even taste like eggs or have any weird consistency. It tastes like a mix of 95% water and 5% milk. The consistency is like water and there's no smell.

3 tbsp =1.5 fl oz is 25 calories and 5 grams of protein. Easy as fuck to drink and like I said it has no weird consistency, smell, or taste. Much more convenient than having to chug protein shakes that are no doubt filled with heavy metals ( seriously Google how many brands have tested positive for heavy metal contamination)

500g ground beef which is very easy to eat. 80g protein have it with rice or potatoes.
5 eggs another 30g.
Snack on some cheese you like another 20g.
Cans of tuna are 20g

Then protein shakes you can get an easy 30 - 50 grams a day through them.

That's nearly 200g there

I mean I can tolerate eggs but having to eat 4 daily would make me hate them, plus it's all like 24g total so I'm not sure if it's worth it in the long run

dude 100g is nothing im 5,10 78kg at 14% bodyfat and i usually hit 220g ill break down how i hit this, morning have a protein shake 2 scoops (44g) 2 eggs (14g) and probably 10 from the milk, at lunch/pre workout is mostly carbs but protein from eggs bacon or chicken about 40-60g is usually what expected, if i eat dinner with my family its probably 30-50, then post workout ill have a smaller shake around 30 from milk and 1 scoop then for meat usually 4 chicken breasts, 620g chicken thighs, 2 steaks or 4 burgers, if you cant hit 100g of protein them its simply a skill issue

do you not eat meat??? i get most of my daily protein from lunch where i’ll have 18-20 ounces of chicken

then i also like greek yogurt and eggs im always able to hit my protein

Ibd is like 60% genetics and the rest of the 40% environmental factors are just triggers so it’s abit predetermined but at the same time not everyone with the ibd genetics will get it if he didn’t trigger it

theres definitely a genetic component considering the amount of fat slobs eating absolutely horrendously, much worse than i do yet they never have bowel issues

eggs milk protein powder and meat on every meal
 
2 cans of tuna + 2 boiled eggs = about 60g of protein.

Make 2 sandwiches with 1 can of tuna + 1 boiled egg, the rest just eat normally through out your day, people overthink on everything when they start going to the gym.

Tuna + eggs + protein powder should always be at your home tho.
 
The most likely explanation for your failure to reach 100g protein a day is that you are bad at math.
