almost every fat person I know is under 180cm, and for women almost all faties are under 170cm,

its crazy tbh, im 5’10 and 152 lbs at 14 and my friend who is also 14 completely height mogs me and is atleast 6’1, probably 6’2 or something and this guy is fat as fuck, something like 230 lbs. I have to actively gymcel and constantly eat to gain weight but this dude who has a maintenance calorie intake of 6000 calories per day is fucking huge, i dont know how its possible
 
You’re over estimating it lmao,1 cm of height is only 6000 calories more or less,that’s how unnoticeable of a surplus your in if your growing in height,so it’s still easy to be fat and grow

It’s pretty easy, just DoorDash every meal. You will become a fat fuck with zero effort eating fast food slop like pizza and burgers :feelsohh::aheago:

However if you eat healthy and clean home-cooked meals your mom makes then it’s very hard to be fat.

my buddy was 187cm and 135kg..it is pretty easy for some people

Say you are 5'9 /175cm at a 22BMI, you weigh 155-150lbs at a BMI of 22-23.

A standard bmi man at 5'9 needs ~2200 calories to maintain that weight.

now say you're 6'3 and weigh 205lbs, you have a BMI of 23 as well, you need ~ 2900 calories.

That's equivalent to an entire extra meal.

Like how the fuck can you even get fat at that weight? eating consistently 3500 calories a day? even when i was bulking and was nearly 200lbs i could barely stomach that much food, and i was spending hundreds each week
 
Their body produces more hunger signals to eat, since they’re bigger obviously so it evens out compared to shorter guys.

I see quite a lot of them. They’re just tiny in general. Small skull, wrists bones ect.

Most lean guys who are short i see have muscle on their frame naturally for some reason. might be because when you are short basic tasks a man is expected to do recruit more muscle fibers since your joints/frame is so small

Also you need only like 100g of protein if you are short short (under 170cm)

It all comes down to Ghrelin and Leptin, which are both hormones

Ghrelin signals to your brain that your stomach is hungry. Leptin is the "I'm full" hormone. When your brain responds well to it, you feel full sooner.

Some people just have lower ghrelin levels and higher leptin sensitivity. Making them not crave for food as much.

Fat people often have to undergo a mental battle that naturally thin people don't have to go through. That's why you shouldn't judge people for being fat
