HOW THE FUCK DO I CLEAN MY ROOM

My room looks like SHIT. It looks NASTY, I can't get it cleaned every time I clean it it looks the same after 12 hours of me breathing in it. I have all kinds of dishes, disgusting clothes and random things rotting and it keeps piling up the more seconds I spend breathing in it, it looks like an actual crack den and there is 90% a roach is hiding somewhere in my capsule sizes room.
I tried everything out there like a routine but it's so difficult to keep up.
I feel actually hopeless, I can't get my room cleaned, WHAT DO I DO

Just don't learn from your mistakes theory.

If you want your room to be clean, let it stay clean. Take your dishes out of your room when you stop rotting in your chair, put your clothes in a hamper, and just throw shit out in a garbage bin. If you have all the stuff you need to get rid of in a box, it'll be much more obvious visually that you gotta clean that shit up.
