if you are 16 then you need to start mewing immediately, anything older then you would have to hard maxx. Check if you have an overbite, overbites are in relation to a recessed maxilla.

Ask your dentist , i’m getting braces to correct my bite, also noticed my maxilla grew downwards because of recessed jaw. Although my forward growth is still amazing cuz of warrior cheekbones.

I have a flat as fuck maxilla and I have a deep bite, so is the correlation like the way the force is distributed in the chewing or just it altering bone growth due to the positioning?

My maxilofacial clinic said my forward growth is decent in the way I'm not really downgrown but my maxilla development didnt catch up properly, I got myobraces to hopefully fix it

Probably ideal to mew if you are 16 and under for best results. Although mewing is cope in most cases anyways
