I sleep 7-8h a night
I have the cleanest diet so far
I'm on nofap

And still I wake up and feel tired 70% of the time.
Its so bad that I feel sleepy in the gym sometimes, or I don't have energy for additional work after school (side hustles)

I'm not sure about the hands as I don't take notice in such things, but I do have slight eyebags, although I always assumed that they are caused by too low amount of fat in that area.

Ah was going to say if it was low iron or not, doctor said I could have low iron so I have eyebags, going to take iron supplements in the future.

prob you dont have enough vitamins maybe low test? see a endocrinologist for your blood levels and hormones

although its bad to demonize carbs entirely some people react to it differently than others, if meals give you a short spike of energy and crash after some time look into keto. your energy levels will be high and stable throughout the day.
otherwise i would recommend going to a neurologist bc you might have some underlying condition or a psychiatric disorder
regardless of which take modafinil.

I eat well done because I lowkey got bored of medium rare + I want to train my masseter muscles and it’s chewy. I eat oats because it’s a cheap, filling and quick to make meal, and I need a caloric surplus to maximize muscular hypertrophy.
And I have no idea what is your problem with eating fruit???

Cold shower as soon as you wake up.

Learn something or get deeper into something that you actually like. (Not fucking video games)

Limit screen time to 1 hour per day.

And don’t stress at all.
