I sleep 7-8h a night
I have the cleanest diet so far
I'm on nofap
And still I wake up and feel tired 70% of the time.
Its so bad that I feel sleepy in the gym sometimes, or I don't have energy for additional work after school (side hustles)
"You're just lazy" Nigga no I'm still gonna do all those things, but I just can't help but to imagine what I could do if I wasn't so fucking tired all the time. The only times its better than usual, is when my nofap is above 14 days, but I can't always rely on that.
What supplements should I take or something? I assume its something linked with dopamine levels?
I need more energy so I can focus on ascending faster
