How do i tell my body to grow in length?

I am on HGH and after some weeks I still dont notice any relevant improvements (not just in height, but at all), which is why I was wondering if I was doing something wrong. Then I remembered that if you want a muscle to grow, you must train it, so your body works on making it bigger.

I thought of something like microfractures, since muscles grow from micro tears, which is basically the same.

Of course I know that muscles and bones are two completely different things, but I wonder if there is a way to signal my body that I want to use my HGH for length.

Do you know any methods?
