it looks dry as shit, use hair oils and deep conditioner, you're either shampooing too much or not conditioning enough. Also you might want to consider buzzing to restart it, but that will heavily nerf you. But please do anything to moisturize your hair follicles.

u have the "fluffy hair" look, so if you just moisturize it and then use stuff like texture powder or volume powder, it will look multitudes better.

extremely dry hair, his hair follicles are fucked, their weighted down, why wouldn't he buzz? it would fix his hair texture if he actually took proper care of it. It's easier to start from bottom to up then up to down

Your hair looks damaged and oily because it's dry. Find better products (no sulfates or alcohol) to solve dryness and wear a bonnet when you sleep to solve breakage/ damage.
