1st look fine, I don't see the issue?

Also collapsed(narrow) maxilla causes lips to tighten and purse together so get palatal expander.

Bhai, they are asymmetrical, and the upper lip seems more prominent. It could be that you have an underdeveloped mandible, which causes your lower lip to be set further back. One word for the solution: filler.
