How the fuck do I get rid/mitigate adderall-induced TMJ?

I recently have started taking adderall IR 15mg (2 month agos) & the only symptom i've had is obnoxious pain from my jaw from clenching; i've always clenched, however, it seems as if this has caused the pain. No way i'm giving up adderall as it has made me NT & successful recently. What can I do? already taking magnesium supps.

i go to a pretty renowned blackpilled ortho who is aware of facial aesthetics & looksmaxxing / very high iq so he made a custom one for me since i had tmj issues too
