I would recommend going to derma tbh, it's the most convenient option.

creams are cope, you can get the machine to do it yourself but going to derma is better

But on serious note
If you want to remove them, laser removal or electrosurgery are the most direct options with minimal recovery. Cryotherapy can work for smaller spots. Chemical peels might lighten them but won’t fully remove deeper ones. Excision removes them completely but can leave scars. Go to a dermatologist and get a clear recommendation based on the type and depth
