How the fuck do I get skinny without stunting my growth!

I cba for this shit man I have like a 22% body fat I have so much potential but everyone thinks of me as fat, I'm one of the best boxers in my club but I cant get a fight because of my weight.

I want to cut sooooo hard but I dont want to stunt my growth, what do I do?

I would say don't go extreme with the cut, you probably eat more calories than you need to at 22% body fat so try to aim for 15% body fat, the calorie deficit prolly won't hurt you

i personally down an entire pill bottle of potassium supps per day but yeah do what you want man

almost every single person on earth can get to 15% bodyfat as a teen and not stunt there growth at all, you just need to not overeat and do cardio
