Im so tired of this shit, I’ve been researching for hours and everyone keeps saying different contradicting shit.

I understand calorie deficit but how do I even properly track that? I don’t want to weigh every fucking condiment in my house to the gram.

Someone please tell me how to lean out

if u dont wanna count calories just dont eat till ur full and eat less ig. u can also make estimates like if u eat 12 eggs thats 880 calories +100 estimate for everything u added to the eggs

but mainly if u workout alot u will lose fat if u dont eat like a pig

ah so u wanna lose fat and gain muscle at the sametime,

make sure then to eat a lot of protein and make the cardio something muscle related like boxing

or just body recomposition

Semaglutide 0.5-1.0mg (weekly) and CJC-1295 and ipamorelin. If you walk for over 1 hour a day and lift weights for 30 minutes a day, you will build lean muscle mass and lose fat with this stack. It's that easy. However, it will cost around $300-400 a month. Good luck!

With breaks and then eat around 800kcal
Basically starve Maxxing.i will add 5x10 pushups everyday too

Starvemaxxing isnt good because it can lead to malnutrition such as accelerated hair loss, muscle etc it just makes you shit lower in smv not worth it, get enough protein and just be patient, also exercise

But they say during fasting ketones protect the muscles and stuff. Only if you go above 48h fast

fasting is okay as long as you get your nutrients
Im supplementing zinc and iron and gonna add multivitamin too

At the day of breaking the fast im just gonna eat 10 eggs with bread
Every nutrient and protein is inside that

make sure your bread doesnt have soy or other bullshit, soy is a very very common ingredient, bread for bakeries almost never has it because bread is supposed to have 4 ingredients ONLY, at least in its natural state

and yeah eggs are amazing regardless

Deficit?never be in deficit make more food example eating only lean meat makes u impossible to gain fat because lack or fat or carbs i was 55kg 194cm by eating 3 steaks a day now i regained im 82kg now so i inscresed eggs from 20 to 60 a day and added fruit juices 150 carbs also 4 liters of raw milk
