The authorities would really fuck with and detain customers just flying in and out for surgeries? When the country needs money coming in more than ever? What a fucked govt.

But still, there would be plenty of westerners willing to take that risk so long as they saved big money on decent surgery. The recent crash of the currency might be an opportunity to get more of a flood of people than ever. I know it seems difficult to imagine, but if you could make some sort of easy to access portal for them, and take a commission from the clinics, seems you could profit. I know Korea has surgery consultants
