bought a dr. pen and idk wtf to do lmao. Do I do it at night? Do I need some kind of fucking cream? Shit all I have is moisturizer and vitamin C serum
 
You need to stick the pen into your forehead where the recession is until it draws blood. Then just keep stabbing as hard as you can then all your hair will grow back

sorry for being unclear, what should I do for acne dark marks? I have dark spots I want to fade.

Microneedling doesn’t help dark spots but rather acne scars. To get rid of the dark spots vitamin c serum+time
