How the fuck do I study for a language?

My exam is on the 9th, so 19 days away. How do I actually study for this?
My teacher is terrible, and there are minimal resources online for the course.

There's no logic in languages really. You just need to cram beforehand if it's too late and pray your teacher hints at a rough structure of the exam that you can practice.

I locked the fuck in, I think I've done like 4-5 hours of studying in total today.
I'm going to do some CS now, it's easy compared to spanish.
