I've seen countless guides and videos on how to train the temporalisis, most of them consist of a method where you somehow open your mouth and bite on molars AT THE SAME TIME, and if your not a retard you would know that that is impossible, like fuck you mean open my mouth and bite on molars at the same time. And I've seen this method on about 8 guides that all say to open your mouth and bite on molars

The temporalii are useless to train. They don't yield any actual benefit at rotating the jaw complex, because they pull the jaw up at the condyle, and condylar compression only causes clockwise rotation.
If you want to train the temporalii, just chew in a hook motion, like forward then back
