How the fuck do people eat themselves to death

You'd have to eat like a pig to remain a fat ass your entire life. Seriously don't know how people find the will to do it. After just 3 meals a day I'm already feeling lethargic and even lost 20 pounds last summer and dropped under normal BMI cause I got lazy. It takes less effort to just not fucking eat I don't understand why it's so fucking hard for people to stop eating when they look like this

Being fat in itself won't kill you but it causes your body to be overworked. Even being 10 pounds overweight has a dramatic effect on your health.

Most fat people I have met under 30 are very mentally ill or depressed
