How the fuck do people use the bodybuilding forum?

The site looks like it hasn’t been updated since 2006.

I tap on the dashboard section even on the “new posts” tab sometimes my finger hits the wrong button and takes me somewhere else. Also shits laggy asf.
It’s not as smooth and easy like sites including .org which is straight forward

We r too used to sites like org tbh, I couldn’t operate Reddit or .is properly
