personally I dunno, but most of the ppl my age who did that while they were still underage used connections. They either had some relatives or some family friends who let that shit slide. Wasn't easy tho, they had to hide every time an inspection came, it was even harder when they were in uniforms.
So my best advice if u r gonna do that, use connection. there r prob some other ways, but since at that age I wasnt allowed I dunno any other ways
