What is a legit and promising way to fix that subhuman trait

Is UEE always excess skin? Blepharoplasty is done to remove excess skin, results don‘t look promising

Idk if it is always excess skin it might be as well underdeveloped orbital bones although you can get supraorbital implants, they are pricey af compared to two I’ve mentioned before

Depends on what causes it :

Lack of fat - Fat graft
Lack of bone - Drop down Supra-orbital implant
Lack of fat and bone - Drop down Supra-orbital implant paired with fat grafts
