I've been trying to leanmaxxx for a week now. I'm hot and I sleep poorly with very little result. I go running in the forest and I do weight training with tree trunks but nothing happens, does anyone have a fucking tip?.

Walking at least an hour everyday whilst skipping breakfast is working for me. You can do a harder version of this by walking with a heavy bag. Get good sleep as well.

literally just do cardio and diet. Lmao fat is made of calories at the end of the day. And the average amount of calories that your average person has to eat to maintain current body weight is around 2500 calories a day. 1 pound of fat equals 3500 calories. This means that if you are at a calorie deficit of atleast 500 calories a day, you will eventually start losing fat AKA weight, and should lose atleast 1 pound of fat in a week, and be able to "leanmaxx".


I was doing this for about a year and a half when i got back from the airforce in 2021, (i relapsed many times ill admit), but i was able to go down from 180 lb from when i started, to 155 lb just right before ramadan. Then ramadan came and completely fucked up my diet rhythm which took me a year and half to cultivate, and now im back at 170 lb. I have now decided to never fast again, and now im back at it with my cardio and dieting.
