I want To be able to eat minimal carbs When eating 2400 k cals with 180 grams of protein But i dont know any goid alternatives to carbs

Meat and butter for your protein and fat, avoid sugar at all costs. Vegetables with each meal. Basically all you can do. Everything that tastes amazing has carbs.

Look into keto and zero carb, even carnivore but thats tricky as its not a mainstream approach to eating.

Honestly just eat more protein and include carbs if you think it improves your quality of life. We are all different. Personally I think carbs should be banned.

Keto/Carnivore is cope unless you want massive weight loss, but beware of hormonal disruption if not properly transitioned to that LC diet

If i were OP, I would eat the carbs from where youre ancestors came from and in moderation. Don't eat processed shit in plastic, buy real potatoes/rice/quinoa and cook that shit right with a little butter/coconut oil.

Eat a fistful amount 2x day on rest days, 3-4x on lifting or training days. More muscle mass will improve your insulin sensitivity & thus make you use carbs properly.

I eat a carb heavy diet and rarely have bloat, and green tea eliminates it.,
What matters more what kind of carbs you're eating

Normally, traditional cooking has a pretty balanced macro profile and you can always add proteins in form of meat to reach your goals. It's often easy to make and lasts for several days so you don't have to cook every moment of your life. Search for "lentejas con chorizo", "paella", "cocido madrileño", etc.

Me personally I prefer keto but carnivore is an option.

your body does not need carbs. it needs glucose and can generate that by other means than metabolising carbs.
you do not “need” carb to train either, you only need your body. get over yourself, how did eskimos go through life back then when there was no carbs available for them? Just harden tf up and eat meats/healthy fats. PSMF for the win.

It is really hard, I am in 1700 cals, 170g protein, and figured I can't keep carbs below 150g consistently.

My hack became don't remove carbs from a meal, just have less rice or noodles.

If I end up going over 150g which I sometimes do, if a large part of this is from fruit veg, I don't care, but if I gone over cos I went to restaurant and ate all the rice, I try and make it up next day, or make sure I have enough gap between eating the carbs and sleep

Yes cutting hard, before I began was 102kg at 176cm lol, although people only guessed me as 85kg

I did the mistake of going too low on calories while cutting. Not worth it. It got to the point I wouldnt lose weight on 1,5k kcal while being 6ft 200lbs... Obviously fasting, keto works, but it completely destroys my thyroid, thymus and adrenals, fuck that shit.

Back to the carbs issue. Try cutting out starches for some time. Starches are the main bloating cause if your gut is fucked up.
All that sugar = bad clownfiesta needs to end.
