How the fuck do you get rid of gyno

Im 15 and I got gyno from being fat since I was 11 which is prob when I hit puberty, I lost fat since then but my gyno is there and it’s grade 2 gyno, any way to get rid of other than surgery or injection?

Go gym, and wait till you're 20, then get surgery to remove it
It doesn't leave any visible scars if done properly.
You could use lasers to remove any scarring after too

Maybe cuz fibrotic gyno is hardened, I don’t see how lower estrogen is going to fix hardened tissue, regardless if I have a hormone imbalance or not
