I'm able to bonesmash my mandible & chin decently well but if i even touch my zygos/maxilla it gets so fucking swollen for days afterwards and i look like shit like im not doing this shit regularly for 1+ year to get 2mm of expansion MAX.

If I go super fucking light with the handle of a screwdriver its okay but at that point hitting that lightly wont do shit, you need decent force to see results.

I've heard applying ice IMMEDIATELY after can sometimes remove swelling nearly entirely but I don't want to risk looking like a disgusting subhuman bloatcel for days after by trying it.

you cannot bonesmash maxilla, it is not a bone that benefits from mass
bonesmashing your zygos should not be a problem tho, you might be hitting too hard

The only benefit from bonesmashing is the swelling to make it as if you got bigger bones. if you think it would give you more bone mass then thats stupid.

IMO it can definitely improve bone mass slightly over a long period of time assuming your sutures aren't fused, but 90% of the "results" are just from swelling like you said

I typically hit with light to medium force with a hammer by gripping its head rather than the base for that reason, so i dont think the force is the issue.

Maybe I'll go back to a screwdriver handle and just hit harder only on my zygos (y)

like while holding the object in your hands? Might try that

try hitting yourself harder :lul:

you need strong force for the zygos, its not like the chin, 2 maybe 3 times a week

Really? I always thought you could use decent force on your zygos, obviously you can apply more to your chin though.

Do you think I could increase the frequency if i started megadosing vit k2, calcium, etc to improve recovery? Read a thread about that but I'm not too sure if it'll make a noticeable difference.

i successfully bonesmashed my chin before, but i always struggled to get results when it came to my zygos, so idk if im the right guy to answer. but in most of the paid (leaked) bonesmashing guides ive read, they do it like 2 or 3 times a week, and yes they consume a lot of bone growth vitamins/minerals (vitD, vitK2, calcium, magnesium)

the reason the chin is easier to bonesmash is because the zygos are made of 3 bone layers, and the top most is a soft bone which doesn't get bigger when its broken down into particles. thats why you need a lot of force.
according to a high iq guy i spoke to before; you could actually make your zygos worse if you hit with very low force

high iq response

how much growth did you experience roughly in your chin, how long did it take, and how old are you?

i dont like bonesmashing, cause it hurts

Do it lightly with hands but more frequently thats how bone growth is promoted its like going 3 min on zygos using hands but doing it every other day 4-5 times a week

Yeah it only works on the chin because the cortical layer is the thickest all other facial bones are pretty much cope except for swelling
