How the fuck do you guys icemaxx your face for bloat??

I have a fridge and icebox, in my room. I can icemaxx my face to remove bloat.

How do you guys do it? An icecube? A washcloth? Please explain I want to try it rn. Waiting for answers.

Put face in a sink or bowl with ice water.
Or buy an ice mask.

I normally just wash my face with cold water for like 2 minutes, most of the bloat goes away for me after that lol.

Ice doesn’t reduce bloat I think it just makes skin thinner
