Like, yea, calorie deficit and stuff BUT 1700 CALORIES A DAY IS JUST XDDDDDD

Downloaded a calorie tracker app(Chronometer), which said I need to eat 1700 calories a day to lose 0,57 kg a week. And there is no way it is possible for an 18 yo male to eat that little. And that suffering for only 0,57 kg per week?? Some of my meals are like 1500 calories. Fucking 4 eggs and a couple of glasses of milk is 500 calories

I would understand if that meant losing like 3 kg per week. Couple of weeks of torture and you are lean, but 0,5???

Also, is it BS that you lose only ~200 calories per 40 minutes of resistance training? That’s legit a glass of fucking milk and it makes me more hungry??

How do people lose weight???? I am becoming less fatphobic understanding how cancer it is to lose even a little bit of weight

I look 12 at 16, i'm bulked up but still not fully into puberty. I'm just kinda ugly rn but i'm working on it. Also i wouldn't blame anyone for not putting themselves in their pfp since unless ur 8psl everybody cooks u for your looks which is honestly sad

1 kg of pure fat per week is healthy way to loose fat % without ruining ur metabolism. Main thing is to make ur metabolism to stay normal at least or make it faster. This is why some people eat a lot of calories and dont get fat, because of fast metabolism. 1kg of fat but you will see results in the mirror.

Learn to eat in the first part :lul: you need to know how the fuck food works and how to manage food i was eating 1.5k kcalos a day I was eating and I was full asf yeah you aren't getting all of your nutrients but you can get some multivitamins and drink protein shakes, insted of raging download MyFitnessPal learn how it works get a scale and eat good bro, I understand you want to lose fat fast but if you lose it fast you will lose mucle too and if you fat u will have fucking skin jiggling around because of how fast you lost it, oh yeah and drink water keep yourself Hydrated, results come when you really understand how shit works and you don't starve yourself take it easy you will fail and learn... When I first started I was that idiot i was going to eat 7 eggs because I didn't know what to eat :lul: now I'm eating and feeling good, eventually your stomach will close itself because you eat less, that's why fat people don't feel full because their stomach It widens and they need to eat until that shit is full

I realised that I was just a retard, trying to lose weight, when I was at 8% bodyfat. Now I’m at 6-7%. No wonder why it was hard to lose weight, when almost all the fat I had left was essential

Still no hollow cheeks tho

Well, all of the numbers you listed are true. To loose weight from tracking an app will give you a calorie goal that guaranteed will show at least the results you want. However, metabolism is different from person to person. This means that you for example, to loose 0,5kg pr. week might be able to eat 2000kcals, or 1500. That number is totaly individual and yes, its unfair as fuck. I myself was 115kg and cutted down to about 71 ish in something like 8 months. It was pure hell at first. I ate abt 1500-1400kcal pr. day. After a while youll get used to it but it is exhausting. You should use cardio training as a tool to help you on your journey, wich will allow you to eat a bit more. Remember to not eat more than your cardio burned. Good luck, you got this if you trully want it.
