I reccomend everyone get a slight tint clear lens to match there eye color

it looks natural and just makes your eyes more of whatever color you have

step 1: wash hands
step 2: put lens on tip of pointer finger
step 3: open both eye lids with other hand
step 4: try to to look to one direction and then place contact on white part of eye
step 5: gently close eye and look around while still closed

*any discomfort should go away in 10 seconds about. otherwise flip the lens wash it with solution and retry

I havent had reta for like 3 months
If I was on reta I wouldn't have to worry about not eating near GH timing anyway since it regulates insulin

and i turn my head to the side and look at mself in the mirror and put the contact on the white part of my eye
and i kinda press a little
