theres gel and cream type, people breakout less from gel type, but it has alcohol and i refuse to put alcohol on my skin bc its drying as fuck and retin a already dries the skin. but the more breakouts from cream isnt due to the cream but the ingredients that people might be allergic to, since im not allergic to anything, the cream didnt break me out (i did purge from retin a itself) so the gel one isnt a good option for me when the less drying cream version does the job

brand ive used for the past couple of months is "retino a" but ive heard about a rat or some shit but i think thats the gel version

i started with .5%, some start lower , some might jump staright to 1% which i think is a bad idea

did u dirty bulk? it depends, did u take sarms/roids, did u reach ur goal weight, it all depends on what u have planned, if u are natty, then u dont gotta stay at maintance or surplus to "lock in" the gains, if u wanna get lean, then do it

I'm natty, no I. didn't bulk just been fat and actually lost like 25kg already. Yeah tbh i think getting lean is best and ill try maintain strength
