tighten the shoes more wear thinner socks and baggy pants

I wear boots with my height lifts, and overall i gain 3 inchs.

i hear airforce 1s with heel supoort are good?

any nike air max works. i have 95s and a 1 inch fits well.
+ most air max versions give about a 1.3-1.5 inch boost baseline
