I can’t fucking do apologies because I feel like I sound insincere I want to tell someone that I’m sorry for my poor behaviour for their birthday but I don’t really know the best way to do that… I usually end up explaining why I did something and not why I’m sorry so I think it’s not a good way to apologise for something
