How the fuck is my face so fucking bloated even at leanbodyfat

How old are you? You don't look bloated. You just have some facial fat on your cheeks. This is common in those under 25. As you get older your body fat will redistribute. You could get even leaner or you can just wait.

Getting leaner will also mean potentially looking too gaunt in other parts of your face. If you're past the age of 25 (I would wait till late 20s instead tho) you can get buccal fat removal.

That's very true! Definitely doesn't fit for most people. Glad you got it all figured out bro.

ive seen good buccal fat removal results tho. My face has been bloated for awhile now ive tried alot of things and nothing seems to work to fully remove it :( you can also get partial buccal fat removal you dont have to remove everything you know? Im getting my thyroid tested but other than that not much more to do or try for me.. gotta get lean face again

I tested thyroid this month was fine
How can someone tell if thyroid is off, I tend to bloat easily as well but idk if it's thyroid or just genes n shit

this is not water retention due to salt, stress, sleep etc
this is not bodyfat distribution
this is not bad collagen or skin
this is not buccal fat
this is not genetics
this is mucinous edema caused by longstanding hypothyrodism (which Lars indeed had)

@mods allow old post bump, my info could save lives

Read here: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Myxedema

Not from that page but relevant:
"In 1878, Dr. William Ord performed an autopsy on a middle-aged woman who succumbed to hypothyroidism. Upon cutting into her skin, he saw tissues that were thickened and boggy. The tissues appeared to be waterlogged, but no water seeped from his incisions. Dr. Ord realized this disease was unique and previously unrecognized."

"The edema or swelling associated with hypothyroidism usually begins around the face, particularly above or below the eyes and along the jaw line. However, the skin on the side of the upper arms may be thickened early in the course of the disease. The swelling associated with hypothyroidism is firm and will eventually spread throughout our bodyโ€™s connective tissues."

If you suspect having hypothyrodism, don't worry. It's easy to treat just like @Lars did.
