He makes an incision close to the eyelid and then goes in the eye socket and removes a bit of bone and fat

How do you even know if you really need it or not tbh

I sent my eyes to Taban he said I need infraorbital rim implant, canthoplasty and lower eyelid retraction, but I wonder if orbital decompression can give me hooded eyes

od or infraorbital implant are neccesary for straight lower eyelid
if you dont have enough fat stored on your upper eye i dont think od can magically spawn extra fat up there for you
thats what i think but im basing it off purely spatial reasoning

i think filler is dangerous because it has potential to poke your blood vessels. imo infraorbital implant for the mass and prp for fixing darkness. prp is fine if it touches your vessel.
your eye's sagittal position also depends on the rest of your face. look at your side profile and think if your eye would be better if its laid back or not

i think there is tissue underneath supporting it so it wont fall down. it's in the tear trough or something idt there is a screw. i could b wrong
