fill in those weird spots where there isnt much hair (minox as it grows hair follicles there)
diy cuts (medial, outer tail wtv)
squinting

pretty much it

1) Your eyebrows are sparse and thin. This is the easiest fix; start applying 5% topical minoxidil on your eyebrows every night

2) You would also benefit from an upper eyelid fat graft

3) Start using something for your eyelashes bc I can't even see them. Latisse / bimatoprost would be best for this, assuming you apply it carefully to minimize the side effects

4) Start using a retinoid like tretinoin or tazarotene to improve your skin

5) Look into a lip flip to relax your lips bc they look like they're compressed


These are the major flaws I saw

I took this picture a couple of seconds ago with my LED light ≈ 1 ft above my head at around a 30 degree angle. I'm not sure if my brow ridge is as good as it can be.

Latisse for lashes and brows no other softmax will fix your eye are this won't "fix" it but will certainly make a big difference, depending on how responsive you are it might even make it look super good
