HOW THE HELL DO I FIX MY MUSCLE IMBALANCE ITS RUINING ALL MY WORKOUTS

Keep the training the same, just train the imbalanced area more aka more reps than the right one
 
Like, if your right shoulder is bigger than your left shoulder, train the left shoulder more than you do with the right one.
 
Don’t listen to these retards do the same thing ut doing now but js do the same reps on each and the same weight if one cant keep up js stop on what ever the weaker side is and over time the imbalance should go away

I think doing unilateral training is better to balance muscle

You can but if u want both to grow I would do what I said because ur leaving out the other muscle so over time that’s going to shrink down to the same size of the other one but it’s up to you it will make it quicker but also make ur muscles smaller

Yeah i think unilateral is better as both muscles will grow just one quicker then the other to catch up essentially
