How the hell do I get leaner at 14

I was like skinny fat but I started to the gym and gained a shit ton of muscle and I am well aware that I have an upper hand when it comes to my genetic but i just can't fucking lose this fat it's mostly on my love handles and I can't go into a deficit because I want to keep growing and I'm open to pinning whatever it just can't effect my height and I've thought about a ultrasonic cavitation plus I really want to lose face fat



And I've been in the gym for 4 months btw

You can be in a deficit and still grow, just don't starve yourself but look into retatrutide, helped me lose a lot of weight. But instead of UC look into lipo vela, it is a fat dissolver

Yeah I started walking to school and basically walking everywhere cuz I trew my e scooter away but it's sooooo fucking hard to stop eating cuz I'm growing like a shit ton, I grew something like 7 cm in 2 months
