Some people just have longer midfaces. It's not ALWAYS a sign of poor craniofacial development. It's really only a problem when it's coupled with shit occlusion, narrow face etc.

I used to have really compact midface(1.15)
Now its way longer but great IPD and PFL( Thanks mother and father) is still around 1.00
