Any fat graft is mostly subcutaneous. Buccal fat pads are deeper inside, they don't do much to keep you young.

Also remember not everyone needs buccal fat removal. You've seen my pics. I've been 12% bf with chipmunk cheeks. First get to low bf and see if it is your buccal fat pads blocking you from having hollow cheeks.

It’s human nature to find one thing and blame all of your problems on it (even look around on threads on here, you see that shit daily)
The truth is those people probably would’ve aged like dogshit regardless. Would bet money if you looked at pics of them they all have crow’s feet and wrinkly foreheads, maybe even balding, what does any of that have to do with buccal fat?

It’s all irrelevant though, just leanmaxx, odds are decent you won’t even need buccal fat removal. If you do, you do, it is what it is.
