How thick should my neck be ideally?

When morphing my face, a thick neck gave me a significant halo. I currently have a 15’’ neck, how much should it be ideally?

If you are not using any roids/hgh and stuff, and your bf % is 15 or lower, it's pretty hard to "overdevelop" neck.
